Job Description:
As a Translation Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for translating written content, managing translation projects, and ensuring that documents are accurately and clearly translated across various languages. You will assist our clients with maintaining consistent and professional communication in multiple languages.

Responsibilities:
✅ Translate written content such as emails, articles, website copy, reports, and legal documents.
✅ Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy and clarity.
✅ Assist in managing translation projects and coordinating with freelance translators.
✅ Maintain and organize translation files and records.
✅ Ensure proper use of terminology and language style based on industry-specific content.
✅ Communicate with clients to clarify translation requirements and ensure satisfaction.
✅ Help with localization of content for different markets and cultures.
✅ Provide general administrative support related to translation services.

Qualifications:
✔️ Fluency in at least two languages (written and verbal).
✔️ Previous experience in translation or linguistic services is preferred.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality translations.
✔️ Familiarity with translation tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar) is a plus.
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage translation deadlines.
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔️ Knowledge of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt language accordingly.
