Job Description:
As a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers with administrative tasks, patient communication, appointment scheduling, and managing medical records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with healthcare systems, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
✅ Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars.
✅ Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
✅ Assist with managing medical records and filing patient information.
✅ Prepare and process insurance claims and billing information.
✅ Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
✅ Assist in medical transcription, taking notes during virtual consultations.
✅ Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and report generation.

Qualifications:
✔️ Previous experience in healthcare administration, medical assistance, or virtual assistance is preferred.
✔️ Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
✔️ Proficiency in medical software and systems (e.g., EHR, EMR).
✔️ Strong organizational and time management skills.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and handle sensitive patient information.
