Job Description:
As an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in managing our online store, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and update product listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or eBay.
✅ Process customer orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
✅ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
✅ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
✅ Assist with basic social media marketing and content creation.
✅ Handle data entry, reports, and other administrative support.

Qualifications:
✔️ Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, or virtual assistance is preferred.
✔️ Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms.
✔️ Strong organizational and time management skills.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✔️ Knowledge of social media management is a plus.
